Do something about it!

When will enough be enough? There comes a time in every persons life when their just fed up with the way there life is going or a part of their life. Maybe they don't like their job, or maybe its their living situation, maybe their fed up with their relationship, or maybe their tired of the same stuff just a different day. But little do some know only they have the power to change it. If your tired of doing the same things do something different, something you wouldn't normally do. Nobody ever changed anything by just sitting around, they had to get up and change it themselves. I mean of coarse everybody would just love to have a magic wand to alter their life or things about it but we DON'T. The fact is that you have to work for the things you want in life. And not just work but plan! Like how hard is it to get a piece of paper and write some goals down. Not hard at all, if you ever want to be successful at changing your circumstance you have to plan it and earn it! And please stop making excuses because your only hindering yourself. As I said early you and only you are the shaper and molder of your destiny, its time to get to work!

More Pillow Talk

What is life really? Most say its a bitch but I have a difference of opinion. I know for a fact that its much better than that, lifes beautiful! Stop and think about it, we get to experience so much, seeing a rainbow in the sky, smelling the flowers, tasting a great meal, feeling the sun on your skin, hearing music, and the list goes on. How could anyone feel like their less than blessed? We don't even have to be here, Allah could wipe out our very existence by the time I finish this sentence. But most people take that for granted because they've become so complacent in their life. Its time to wake up! No really wake up because you've been sleeping on life and all its wonders. When was the last time you stayed up to watch the stars or dance in the rain? I think people get so caught up in all the hype that others have created they forget to appreciate the beauty of life. Its not just about people dying, not being able to get the latest fashion, selling drugs, how messed up the government can be or what not. Its about love, laughing, taking in beautiful sites and just admiring the fact that your really here....Be more grateful for life you never know when it may be taken from you

Pillow Talk

"The sky is the limit" But what if your like me and you want to be more than that? My dreams go way past the sky and further than the stars. They say space is an illusion but I'm not imagining this, while my thoughts and dreams have yet to fully manifest into my reality, I know for a fact that it will be solidified into something that I and you can see and touch. I'm a true believer in the fact that you are the shaper and molder of your own destiny. Whatever idea you have in your mind is more than obtainable you just have to believe in it and yourself enough to turn it out. I mean think about it like this, Allah allows you to have these thoughts to tell you that you can do it, every big idea you have is a direct message from your creator himself. Its just up to you whether you use it or not!

Before I lay my head on my pillow I want to leave you with this......"A chance is like a picture, it would be nice if you just take it." Dont let anything in this life hold you back from doing, saying, or being anything you want. Especially if its something your heart longs for, now I do understand that life draws up some funny circumstances but dont let those circumstances make you. See whatever it is/was as a lessoned to be learned and take what you learned and apply it to whatver need be. Dont let any circumstance hold you hostage or hender you from doing what you feel because then you may risk the chance of regret for not doing what your heart says. Men!

Why do guys send mixed signals? Its like one day they have nothing to say to you then the next day their all over you. I dont get it, dont you men out there know that us women like consistency? Well if you dont I'm telling you now "We like consistency!" We like for a man to know what he wants and to go after it with no hesitation. Who has time to play games other than children? Hopefully not you, look all im saying is that its very irritating when a man comes off like he doesnt want you at all when you want him and then come to find out all along he's wanted you but alway froze up on his chances to tell you. Get it together please!

Whats on your heart?

A faint memory of what use you be. A scent that no longer smells as sweet and strong as before. A taste that no longer lingers on the tip of my tongue. A voice now soft and meek. A site that I no longer see. *Sigh* Love, what does it mean to be truly loved because I'm starting to think its not like in those fairytales. To me its become nothing more than a temporary feeling something that hits me hard, attaches itself to me, then pulls away as the night becomes the day. Why are some people scared to love because of past experiences? I thought that experience was suppose to teach you not hender you from moving on. I think its because their afraid, afraid that the next love will be better than the last and they wont know how to handle it. But dont you know theres no rule book to love, you just do what you feel without hesitation or questioning your emotion. Hopefully one day your heart will tell your ears to listen........

Go Getter

Nothing is handed to you, if you want it go get it. At least thats what they say, I mean to me it seems as though people who do no serious work get handed things all the time but the ones who grind and grind the hardest have to wait for a pay off. I dont think its fair, when will the grinders get instant gratification? But I guess its like they say "what comes fast will leave even faster and whats build quick wont last long." Now while I do feel like I should be handed things every once in a while for the work that I put in I dont want what I get to be something that wont last long. So I just have to grind it out even harder for a bigger pay off!

We Can Be Each Others Motivation

Recently I've been feeling the pressure. I'm 21, I live at home, I dont drive and I have a minimum wage job but that still wont stop me from living the dream. I mean every set back is a set up for a come up so any bad situation always has a bright side. I know it may not feel like it because your in the situation now and when your in the situation its hard to feel like you can make it out. But Im here to tell you, you can and you WILL! You only get out of life what you expect so if you dont expect much you wont get much and if your thinking in this mind frame I'm asking you to give yourself the option to think better. Only when you start thinking better of yourself and situations will you start to see the change in your life. I mean look at it this way, I just told you how I'm starting to feel the pressure being 21, living at home, not having a car and working a minimum wage job but through that I still expect for tomorrow to come and someone to call me saying they want to fly me to New York for a chance to walk down that Victoria Secret runway. And because I expect this one day my thoughts will manifest into reality and it will be! Dont believe me, ask James Allen (author of As a Man Thinketh) he'll tell you better than me.

 I understand that being young is a very confusing and puzzle filled time in everyones life but if we could only alter our thinking to be better than our circumstance, we would be great! Now I know trying something now may seem impossible but remember to get the impossible you have to do the impossible. So get ready and if your scared or nervous to take this journey alone, I'll take it with you and today is the first day of our altering our thinking to expect a better life for ourselves.
